Peoria Police seek assistance in locating endangered male

Peoria Police seek the public’s help in locating Miguel Leyva, a 39-year-old male.

He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’7”, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Leyva was last seen wearing a gray shirt with blue unknown lettering and black “AND1” basketball shorts.

He was last seen March 10 at about 1:45 p.m., when he left a residential facility without permission near 93rd and Olive avenues. He left on foot and according to staff members he has several medical conditions which require medication. Leyva did not take his medication with him when he left.

Peoria Police seek the public’s help in locating Miguel Leyva, a 39-year-old male.

He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’7”, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Leyva was last seen wearing a gray shirt with blue unknown lettering and black “AND1” basketball shorts.

He was last seen March 10 at about 1:45 p.m., when he left a residential facility without permission near 93rd and Olive avenues. He left on foot and according to staff members he has several medical conditions which require medication. Leyva did not take his medication with him when he left.

Officers have been actively looking for Leyva, but have not been able to locate him. It is unclear where he may have gone.

Leyva does not have a cell phone with him. Anyone who sees him is encouraged to contact the Peoria Police at 623-773-8311.
