Peoria Police seek assistance in locating endangered female

Peoria Police seek the public’s help in locating, Rachel Wilhite, a 46-year-old female.
She is described as a Caucasian female, 5’2”, 140lbs., with short black hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue tank top and jean shorts.
Wilhite was last seen on the evening of Feb. 22, around 5:45 p.m., near the area of 87th Avenue and Cactus Road. She has been diagnosed with a mental health disorder, and is not allowed to leave her residence on her own.
Officers have been actively looking for Wilhite, but have not been able to locate her.
She does not have a cell phone with her. Anyone who sees Wilhite is encouraged to contact the Peoria Police at 623-773-8311.
