Peoria police detectives arrested 66-year-old Marco Chinchilla, of Sun City, on suspicion of one count of Sexual Abuse and one count of Vulnerable Adult Abuse for allegedly inappropriately touching a Peoria Unified student.
The investigation involving Mr. Chinchilla began, Feb. 17 when a report was received that he was working as a bus aide for the Peoria Unified School District Transportation Division and he was on administrative leave for not seat belting a passenger on the bus, according to a news release.
While the Peoria Unified School District was investigating that incident, they discovered evidence the suspect had allegedly inappropriately touched a passenger on the bus.
