Peoria planning and zoning to consider a number of projects in coming months

The Peoria Planning and Zoning Department will be busy this fiscal year, working toward many goals.

City Planner Lorie Dever said department members will collaborate on a number of major entitlements in the coming months.

The commission soon will consider the multifamily component of Park West near 99th and Northern avenues, east of the retail center.
