Peoria housing community sells out in less than 17 months

VP of sales: ‘overwhelmingly positive’

Here’s another sign home inventory in Peoria and beyond is at an extreme low — another housing community in the city has sold out.

Olive Grove’s Canyon Series, from California-based Landsea Homes Corp., offered 170 homes with seven different floor plans that range from 1,986 to 3,018 square feet, and prices starting in the mid-$300,000s.

But the community, near 71st and Olive avenues, is now sold out less than a year-and-a-half after opening.
