Peoria council approves mobile food vendor update

The Peoria City Council approved an update to the city’s mobile food vendor ordinance.

City officials said the new code has enhanced clarity and uniformity in regulating food vendors and provides proper protection for existing businesses and adjacent residents. It also conforms to Arizona state law.
