Peoria council approves final plat for Grace Fellowship Church

The Peoria City Council approved a final plat, Aug. 23, for Grace Fellowship Church, located near Avenida Del Sol and 83rd Avenue.

The purpose of this final plat is to combine two existing lots into one parcel for commercial use.

This final plat will provide easements and rights of way to allow for a proposed commercial development layout.
