The Peoria City Council approved the Cibola Vista apartments, a controversial 302-unit multifamily complex on 17 acres near Lake Pleasant Parkway and Pinnacle Vista Drive.
Much of the community surrounding the Cibola Vista apartments were opposed to the resort’s proposal application saying the new project will decrease the value of homes already owned in the area.
Cibola Vista Resort & Spa says the new project offers a high quality multifamily community with ample open space in an area where higher intensity is appropriate, “while thoughtfully tapering down to lower-scale residential.”
