Peoria council approves a final plat at Mystic at Lake Pleasant Heights

Creates 78 new lots within Lake Pleasant Heights

Peoria City Council approved a final plat for Parcel H – Mystic at Lake Pleasant Heights, located on the west side of El Mirage Road just south of Westland Road.

This plat is south of the Central Arizona Project.
