Peoria council approves $3.43M land sale planned for new HonorHealth facility

A new health care facility is on tap in the area of the P83 Entertainment District.

The Peoria City Council Feb. 15 unanimously approved the sale of 7.51 acres of city-owned property near 83rd Avenue and Greenway Road to Pleasantville Center LLC, where a new HonorHealth facility is planned.

HonorHealth plans to build a 75,000-square-foot health care project at the location.
