Peoria considers new position to address homelessness

The city of Peoria has plans to help their fight against homelessness during the next year.

This includes funding for a new paid position to help in the fight against homelessness, as well as funds for the homeless navigator program and Central Arizona Shelter Services, which provides shelter to the homeless.

City Council will consider this position in the coming months.
