Peoria commission to consider four-story apartment project at Park West

A four-story, multifamily development of 338 units is planned for 99th and Northern avenues, adjacent to Park West.

The Peoria Planning & Zoning Commission will consider the case Oct. 21.

The project is planned for a vacant, irregularly shaped parcel of about 16.3 acres.
