Some oppose new proposed KFC drive-thru

The Peoria City Council will consider a contentious zoning case at its first public meeting this month, April 6, 8401 W. Monroe Street.

The council will consider amending the allowable uses for Parcel 3 within the Thunderbird Estates West planned-area development to allow for a single drive-thru restaurant west of the southwest corner of Thunderbird Road and 75th Avenue.
