Peoria approves plats for two developments

Peoria City Council approved a replat and final plat for two projects within the city.

The first is the replat for Lot 3 of Parke West at the northeast corner of 99th and Northern avenues.

The second is the final plat of Stallone Final Plat on 95th Avenue north of Yearling Road.
