West Valley city aims to change review process for high-ranking officials

City manager, city attorney, presiding judge would be affected

The Peoria City Council will consider during its June 3 public meeting cutting much of the language in the city’s code regarding the annual evaluation process for the city manager, city attorney and presiding judge.

Specifically, these include amending sections 2-62 and 2-78 of the city code and revising Council Policy CP 1-8.

This item is listed on the consent agenda. Amending and revising these items will require a two-thirds vote by council.
