Measles exposure reported at three Queen Creek locations

One of the symptoms of measles is a rash that is red, raised and splotchy.

Queen Creek residents and visitors are being cautioned that they may have been exposed to measles at three locations over Easter weekend.

The Maricopa County Department of Public Health reports it has confirmed a measles case in the county that is “not linked to previous measles cases in the county and has no known source of exposure,” according to a statement from the department.
