Pedestrian killed after being struck in Sun City West

A pedestrian was killed after being struck while walking a dog on Jan. 19.

A vehicle reportedly struck a pedestrian who was walking her dog about 5:24 p.m. Monday near North Heritage Drive and Sky Hawk Drive in Sun City West.

Maricopa County Sheriff's Office District patrol deputies responded to the scene and began performing lifesaving measures on the female victim, according to officials
