The site plan for a self-storage and RV storage facility west of Sossaman Road on the south side of Pecos Road should be approved by the Mesa City Council, an advisory board recommended recently.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board voted unanimously June 9 to recommend the council approve a site plan for the 18-acre site. The Mesa City Council will make the final decision at a future meeting.
John Reddell of Reddell Architects is the applicant. St. George Enterprises Real Estate LLC/Bam II LLC is the owner.
