The Town of Fountain Hills and M.R. Tanner Construction are notifying businesses and residents on Colony, Enterprise and Kiwanis drives that the street in front of their business will be under construction Monday, Nov. 27, through Wednesday, Dec. 20.
It is important to remember that this is reconstruction of the street and will require the removal of existing asphalt and base material several inches or more down below the curb. While every effort will be made to maintain access for businesses and residents, there will be periods when the street will not be passable. Obey barricades and traffic signs around the construction area.
This is the first of four projects M.R. Tanner will undertake in Fountain Hills through late spring 2024. The second phase is to begin around mid-January and continue through mid-February. That project will include several residential streets, Ibsen and Sherwood drives, Sterling Way and a portion of Ashbrook Drive east from Fountain Hills boulevard.
