Paul F. O"Neil, 81Paul F. O"Neil of Sun City West died July 19, 2007. He was born in Boston, Mass., and graduated from Arlington High School in Arlington, Mass. He enlisted in the Air Force/Army Air Corps during World War II and then completed his bachelor"s degree at Boston University in 1948. He owned and operated many small businesses. In 1960 he purchased Chavant, Inc., a modeling clay manufacturer located in Red Bank, N.J. For 41 years he was president and owner of the company. He is survived by his wife, Peggy; sons, Douglas and Bruce; daughter, Laurie Guinan; two stepchildren, Rick Tolbert and Sandra Doak; four grandchildren and two brothers. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 9720 W. Peoria Ave., Ste. 128, Peoria, 85345, or First Baptist Church, 47-51 South St., Manasquan, N.J., 08736.
