Col. Paul Andrew SwansonCol. Paul Andrew Swanson, 84, of Sun City West, died Dec. 28, 2006. He was born in Medville, Pa., and served in the Army during World War II, the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He moved to Arizona in 1986 from Greenwood, Ind. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; daughters, Jan Connell of Oakland, Calif., Karen Shunk of San Antonio, Texas; three granddaughters and one great-grandson. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Eldred. Contributions may be made to the Leiomyoscarcoma Direct Research Foundation, P.O. Box 52697, Tulsa, Okla., 74152. Arrangements were made by Camino del Sol Funeral Chapel.
