The partnership — between Arizona PBS and Pipeline Connects — is expected to work together to "create engaging and informative videos pertaining" to career pathways, the announcement stated.
“These real-world perspective videos help companies build both short- and long-term talent pipelines by exposing students and job seekers to career paths they may not have otherwise considered,” said Amber Smith, CEO of Pipeline Connects in the press release. “It’s about expanding awareness and interest in high-demand industries while giving people a clear vision of what’s possible.”
Students and Job seekers are expected to be able to "explore over 850 career pathways and connect directly to nearly 7,000 Arizona-based education" and training programs tailored to their interests, the press release stated.
