Part of new Pulte development goes before Florence P&Z

PulteGroup Inc. is developing land in the Sun City portion of Anthem at Merrill Ranch.

Residential developer PulteGroup Inc. goes before the Florence Planning and Zoning Commission tonight to request approval for a revised preliminary plat in Anthem at Merrill Ranch that will subdivide more than 42 acres into 159 residential lots.

The requested plat, called Unit 30B, lies within the Sun City portion of Anthem at Merrill Ranch development and is generally east of Hunt Highway and south of Franklin Road.
