Parkinson's walk, run fundraiser approaching

West Valley residents Leta Sproule, of Sun City West, and Fred Cohn, of Surprise, are preparing to participate in the 12th annual Parkinson’s Network of Arizona Walk the Fight & Run the Distance fundraiser at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10 at the Tempe Beach Park, 80 W. Rio Salado Pkwy.

The financial goal of this year’s event is to raise $125,000.
