Parking lot, office towers near Mesa neighborhood heads to council March 15

A site plan review and modification to a planned-area development overlay should be approved for a stepped three- and four-story parking garage and three-story office building on North Alma School Road, the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board recommended recently.

The changes proposed for 30.9 acres south of the Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway on the west side of Alma School Road are to be considered by the Mesa City Council at its 5:45 p.m. March 15 meeting.
