Park West in Peoria continues to develop

Council to consider multifamily project, Nov.9

A four-story, multifamily development of 338 units is planned for 99th and Northern avenues, adjacent to Park West.

The Peoria Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended the project Oct. 21 to the city council, who will consider the case Nov. 9.

The gated community is planned for a vacant, irregularly shaped parcel of about 16.3 acres.
