The Town of Paradise Valley and the Baha’is of Paradise Valley honored Martin Luther King Jr. Day with their packed celebration at Town Hall featuring speeches, awards, poignant discussions and jazz.
After two years of virtual and hybrid experiences, the town was able to host its MLK Day event in-person and open to the public for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began. The event was also broadcast live for virtual attendees.
Each year the town, partnering with the Baha’is of Paradise Valley, honors the iconic civil rights activist with this ceremony that also presents the town’s Diversity Champion and student essay awards.
