Paradise Valley Town Council puts off vote on Joshua Tree Lane lot split

The request for a lot split of a 2-acre parcel on Joshua Tree Lane was up for a vote May 25, but Paradise Valley Town Council motioned to continue the item to an unspecified date for further discussion.

At the meeting May 25, Mayor Jerry Bien-Willner and Vice Mayor Scott Moore said the full council should be present to decide.

Council members Ellen Andeen and Julie Pace were not present.
