Duncan Miller has been serving in the Paradise Valley clerk's office for 25 years.
Over the past quarter of a century, Miller has risen through the clerk “ranks” from entry level, analyst, to town clerk.
Miller has been recognized and congratulated for many things, according to a town newsletter, including:
His ability to respond to document requests faster than the speed of sound
His helpful way of always putting the Town’s and resident’s needs first
His ability to treat each candidate running for office fairly and equally
Perfecting his resting “Clerk Face” showing little emotion.
