Paradise Valley stakeholders look to legal help to fight EPCOR rate case

The Town of Paradise Valley will vote to contract with an outside legal firm to represent the municipality in a pending EPCOR Water rate case.

The Paradise Valley Town Council is slated to vote on an engagement agreement with Crockett Law Group on Thursday, Feb. 11.

The legal retainer is estimated to be $25,000, plus an additional $10,000 for expert witness fees.
