Paradise Valley resident begins new brokerage business

Teresa Hague introduces CITIEA

Before Paradise Valley resident Teresa Hague started her new real estate brokerage firm CITIEA, the biggest complaint she heard from home sellers who let their listing expire with their agent was, “I never heard from them.”

Hoping to provide a brokerage firm that provides concierge-level service to homeowners to sells homes faster and for more money, Hague founded CITEA as a firm tailored to deliver more for its clientele.

Featuring 119 agents whose production each exceeds $10 million, CITIEA (pronounced “city-ah”) staff works in what Hague calls “pods” – a task force of agents working in tandem to ensure each seller has a team of experts at their beck and call.
