The Paradise Valley Police Department has reached a new milestone: earning accreditation.
In less than 24 months of working toward a shared goal, the local police force has been lauded for its standards and practices. The title came from the Arizona accreditation agency for the Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police.
“The ALEAP program is more than just a recognition program. It’s an outward sign to your community that your police department is doing the right things, at the right time for the right reasons,” said Kevin Wright, program manager of AACOP. “Your Paradise Valley Police Department was one of those agencies.”
