Paradise Valley police crack the case of the mysterious Mummy Mountain lights

Paradise Valley residents began reporting mysterious, multicolored, flashing lights at the top of Mummy Mountain in February.

To solve the mystery of the Mummy Mountain lights required some heavy-duty leg work by the Paradise Valley Police Department.

The mystery started in early February when some residents began contacting town council members with reports of seeing different-colored lights flashing at the summit of Mummy Mountain starting at nightfall.
