Paradise Valley looks to switch up legal representation

The Town of Paradise Valley is considering making a change in its legal department by hiring an outside counsel.

The Paradise Valley Town Council on Thursday, March 11, will consider hiring Phoenix-based law firm Gust Rosenfeld — a change to its previous operations.

In December 2020, longtime Town Attorney Andrew Miller retired after being employed by Paradise Valley for 22 years. According to a staff report prior to the council’s meeting, it has now been determined to adopt a “hybrid model.”
