Paradise Valley eyes attorney changes

Recruitment process underway, officials say

The Town of Paradise Valley is contemplating going back to its historical practices of having an in-house attorney — moving away from the contracted legal team in place now.

The revert after a one-year contract with Gust Rosenfeld follows retirements within the Paradise Valley legal department.

Paradise Valley Town Council on Thursday, March 10, will discuss town attorney services, including an extension of contract with Gust Rosenfeld — the employer of Town Attorney Andrew McGuire.
