The Town of Paradise Valley has amended two agreements relating to third-party plan reviews for Five Star Development’s resort project, increasing the contract cost by an additional $630,000.
The Paradise Valley Town Council voted 7-0 on Feb. 23 to:
- Authorize a sixth amendment to a contract with Brown and Associates for third party plan review and inspection services related to construction activities at the Five Star development; and
- Authorize a fifth amendment to the third party inspection agreement with Five Star Resort Owner, LLC and Five Star Land Owner, LLC.
