The Paradise Valley Town Council will discuss behind closed doors adding input to pending litigation regarding EPCOR Water’s proposal to consolidate Valley water districts.
The Paradise Valley Town Council on March 25 has scheduled a private meeting with the town’s attorney for legal advice and to consider the town’s position regarding EPCOR Water Arizona Inc.’s rate case pending before the Arizona Corporation Commission.
Additionally, Sun City Home Owners Association vs. Arizona Corporation Commission is currently pending before the Arizona Supreme Court concerning issues related to a previous consolidation of sewer districts.
