The Town of Paradise Valley is now under contract with American Traffic Solutions Inc., to provide photo enforcement services.
The Town Council approved the new two-year, $684,000 contract during a December meeting, with a 6-0 vote. Councilman Scott Moore was absent.
Police Chief Peter Wingert first brought forward his efforts to find a new photo enforcement vendor earlier this fall, where officials discussed the topic in a study session. About six weeks later, Chief Wingert returned to council for approval.
