Paradise Valley approves contract for animal services

The Paradise Valley Town Council has approved a contract with Humane Animal Rescue and Trapping Team — known as HARTT — to provide animal services when necessary to the local police department.

The council approved the new contract on consent during an Oct. 13 meeting.
While the town has had a long-standing relationship with Maricopa County to provide animal care and control services to paradise Valley, the county’s services are limited.
