Gust Rosenfeld P.L.C. will continue to serve as Paradise Valley’s legal representatives through March 2026, the council recently decided.
On March 9, the Paradise Valley Town Council unanimously voted to extend the contract with Gust Rosenfeld for its town attorney services. Gust Rosenfeld was first contracted by the town when its former long-time attorney Andrew Miller retired in December 2020.
At that time, according to a town staff report, it was determined that a hybrid model to provide the town’s legal services would be in the town’s best interest. The model consisted of retaining a law firm to serve as town attorney while employing an in-house assistant town attorney, town prosecutor and support staff.
