A new gated entry and a trash enclosure area are to be constructed at the Palm Harbor Estates manufactured home park west of Mesa Drive and north of McKellips Road in Mesa.
The Mesa Board of Adjustment voted unanimously Aug. 2 on a consent agenda with other items to approve a substantial conformance improvement permit to allow for deviations from certain development standards to allow for site improvements at the existing manufactured home community.
The zoning on the property is multiple residence-4 zoning district, which permits a manufactured home park, Staff Planner Charlotte Bridges said in a study session prior to the meeting.
