Outside counsel declares Paradise Valley Town Council have done nothing illegal

Whether true or false no accusations rise to legal infractions

An investigation into various conflict-of-interest claims made by Paradise Valley Town Council members has been found to unsubstantiated, town officials say.

The Town of Paradise Valley reportedly hired an outside attorney named Scott Rhodes to investigate claims of Town Council members having conflicts of interest, which yielded a June 23 report finding no cause for concern. The topic has been brewing for several months with veiled accusations appearing in the public every so often.

Ultimately, town officials say all Town Council members have been cleared of any impropriety, although very little documentation is available for public consumption.
