Outpatient surgical center planned on East Rembrandt Avenue in Mesa

A permit has been approved for an outpatient surgical center at 6859 E. Rembrandt Ave. Suites 101-109 in a Mesa limited industrial zoning district.

The Mesa Board of Adjustment voted unanimously July 7 to approve a special use permit in a consent agenda with other items, with Adam Gunderson absent.

The 14,424-square-feet outpatient surgical center will be in the San Tan Commerce Court Condominium Complex.
