The Orpheus Male Chorus of Phoenix will present “Holidays with Orpheus” virtually beginning Sunday, Dec. 6. The virtual concert will feature an interactive program with new virtual performances of “Oh Come All Ye Faithful” and “The Hands That First Held Mary’s Child” plus classic videos, interviews and much more.

The virtual concert will be available to download at orpheus.org and facebook.com/orpheusmalechorusphoenix.

“This year’s ‘Holidays with Orpheus’ concert is unique because we won’t be performing live. But you will enjoy the new virtual videos of the chorus we created along holiday songs from previous performances.,” said Dr. Brook Carter Larson, Orpheus artistic director. “Our virtual concert is also a free gift to the community during this uneasy time of the pandemic.”

The Orpheus Male Chorus of Phoenix, now in its 92nd season, is Arizona’s longest-standing, continuously performing choral arts organization.

Orpheus made its debut on Christmas morning 1929 on a local radio station and has delighted audiences in venues large and small throughout Arizona and beyond with a diverse mix of classical and popular music.
