The Original Pancake House has opened in the former home of Egg N’ Joe in Fulton Ranch Towne Center, on the southwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Ocotillo Road, next to CAVA Mediterranean.
The second Valley location — the Scottsdale restaurant opened almost 40 years ago — for the Portland, Ore.-founded chain hangs its hat on fresh ingredients, like real butter, pure whipping cream and grade AA eggs.
There are ethnic pancake recipes, such as Swedish and Hawaiian, in addition to crepes, waffles, corned beef hash, eggs made many ways, bacon and sausage and sandwiches that combine these items.
