Opposition to Scottsdale’s ‘Desert Rural’ zoning grows

Two more entities have joined the Arizona State Land Department in opposing Scottsdale’s proposed “desert rural” zoning designation in its general plan update draft.

Both letters ask council to reject the “desert rural” neighborhood land-use category in the draft general plan update.
