A property featuring office buildings and airplane hangers was sold for $17.5 million property in the Scottsdale Airpark.
According to a press release, CBRE helped to represent seller Skyport Scottsdale LLC in selling Skyport Scottsdale, a 3.69-acre property with three office buildings totaling 40,119 square feet and two airplane hangars totaling 2,975 square feet to a private buyer.
Skyport Scottsdale is one of the last remaining sites in the Scottsdale Airpark that offers potential for direct or through-the-fence airport access.
