Sports teams have increasingly been using various analytic measures to determine where they are strong and where they can improve, and it is showing no sign of changing, according to Daniel McIntosh, faculty director of the undergraduate sports business program at Arizona State University.
And these days, statistics teams are using are a long way from the past.
