Northwest Valley Connect will have a new leader by February.
The public transportation agency will see its only executive director retire and someone else step in to direct the day-to-day operations. Kathy Chandler announced in December her plans to retire.
“The NVC Board of Directors truly appreciates everything that Kathy Chandler has done for NVC as well as her continued desire and passion to stay connected with NVC even after she retires,” Julie Kent-Partridge, NVC board president, stated in an email. “NVC, to include staff and volunteers, are so happy that Kathy will have many days filled with family time and reading post retirement.”
