North Valley Christian Academy plans to build a preschool and kindergarten to the north of its north Phoenix campus.
The school received a revised preliminary site plan approval for the project from the city of Phoenix on Tuesday. The school was given a time extension for preliminary site plan approval in 2024 with a request from city staff to submit a traffic study.
The preschool and kindergarten will be on a 4.5-acre property on the east side of 27th Drive, just north of the NVCA campus at 33655 N. 27th Drive, which currently teaches Pre-12. The address for the new preschool and kindergarten will be 33933 N. 27th Drive.
